Gift Card Rules
Gift cards contain no cash value. Gift cards are non-transferable and can be canceled at any time. Gift cards can be used only at authorized merchants designated by Wind Creek Casino.
Cards are issued by United Bank of Atmore, pursuant to a license by Mastercard International. By accepting, signing or using this card, you agree to the terms of the cardholder agreement.
Cards cannot be used for gaming and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
For purchased gift cards, a monthly maintenance fee of $2.50 will be deducted from your card balance after 12 months of no activity. A $10.95 ($30.99 for express shipping) fee will be assessed to replace a lost or stolen card. For promo gift cards, available balances on the gift card will expire after 90 days of issuance.

A single person cannot be given more than $10,000 in gift cards in a 24-hour period. Cash will not be given back for partial balances.
When you receive your gift card record the admin number at the bottom right-hand corner of the card. Without the admin number you will not be able to replace a lost or stolen card.
For Purchased Cards Lost Prior To Use:
Please contact 866-946-3360 and ask for extension 4528. Have the card admin number to inquire about a replacement card for unused balances.
For Promo Cards Lost:
Please contact 866-946-3360 or refer to PLAYER SERVICES on property.
